About me
I am currently a licensed loan officer in Virgina, Minnesota & Texas, proudly sponsored by Loan Factory. I am also a broker/owner of Eddie Moth Realty providing real estate and Home Loan services in California, sponsored by H.O.M.E. Lending - NMLS# 1786164. My main responsibility is to provide a one-stop shop real estate services and to make my client's dreams come true in achieving their real estate goals and to serve my Realtor clients who would like a dedicated, honest and reliable loan officer to work for them. I spend time to do upfront work to make sure that my pre-approvals are true and accurate. Before I became a Loan Officer and Real Estate Broker, I worked for Santa Clara County Social Services Agency in California for 26 years with the last 15 years as an Application Decision Support Manager. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information System (MIS) and graduated from Mission College with an Associate of Science degree in Community Health Work. Besides English, I can speak and write Cambodian fluently.
