About me
I have been a Mortgage Originator since 1996. US Army Veteran! I have a wonderful wife, 4 children, 1 grandchild, and a husky who keep me in constant motion (in the best way possible)! Other pursuits are skiing, hiking, scuba diving, frisbee golf, and anything outdoors for excitement.
My passion is to provide the best mortgage product knowledge, coupled with the service and attention you would expect from your chosen partner throughout your mortgage transaction and beyond.
I work with all types of credit from excellent, to those who need to work on improvement prior to purchase. I am proud to offer First Time Homebuyer programs, Owner Occupied & Rental purchase loans. I am also very knowledgeable on all refinancing products, including NON-QM which is the new term for loans that don't quite fit "inside the box", FHA and VA Streamline refinances, and cash out alternatives.
